Delivery by YRC was quick from CA to DE (3 business days). Upon arrival snow thrower was easy to assemble ( The owners manual is very well written.), we then proceeded to clear 22"+ of very heavy & at times hard , plowed snow & ice in a 2 car driveway. Our rating score would have been a 10 but we had the friction wheel assembly come apart. No problem in that Hannibal & Robert, Powerland's technical support dept. explained how the assembly could be replaced & then overnited the part and we wer...

I just got my very first snow blower yesturday. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I did use it as soon as it arrived on alot of snow that we got last week. Wow couldn't believe how powerful that machine was. It was throwing hard snow with no problem. This was the best purchace I've made at a great price.
