I bought this generator after hurricane Sandy left me with a 4000 watt generator from 1999 that was not sufficient to run my house.This time we were without power for 13 days.Long 4 hour gas lines made me consider the tri-fuel. I am very happy with it. Tomorrow I am getting a transfer switch put in. Everything worked as stated without a hitch. I'm ready for the next storm. I love this generator. |

This generator was first on our list at tax time after the straight line winds last June that knocked our power out nearly a week. I hooked it up to natural gas and gave it a trial run in advance of winter storm saturn. It took me a few minutes to get it started. It ran perfect! I was ready for Saturn but it went to the east of central Wv, So Mr Generator will have to wait till spring now.. Come on thunderstorms!! Great product! Not that loud.. Was well worth the money!! |

I have had a gasoline powered generator since the early 90's due to frequent power outages. During Hurricane Sandy hit NJ I had my hands full keeping my generator fueled with gasoline. Long lines at every gas station. I was so happy to receive delivery of my new tri-power unit. I ran the gas line and set it up. Started on the first shot! I have since exercised it several times. No problem ever. No more humping gas cans to and from the gas station! |

I bought this generator because I want a choice in fuel types. I plan to run LPG mostly but will run gasoline also. When I ran it on LPG it would run rough. One call to Lafayette (not sure of spelling) in the technical/service department and he gave me quick answers on a simple fix. He may be Powerland's best asset!!! So far so good on the generator I'm just glad Lafayette is there if I need him!!!! |

Delivered on time in Great condition. Be sure to order the propane hose and regulator. Very quiet for a big engine, auto idle is good feature, save fuel and runs even quieter when under no load. Overall great investment. |

I purchased this item in mid-October 2012, two weeks later we have between 6 and 24 inches of snow on the ground and no power. Hooked the generator to my breaker box and ran my whole home for one day. This unit is great. My only complaint was I could not get the unit to run on propane. When I called support they told me I had to purchase their special hose with a 15 psi regulator. High Pressure Propane hose and Regulator - preset at 10-15 psi. Had I known prior I would have made sure I was equipped. I would highly recommend this unit but make sure you either buy this hose or test your pressure of yout LPG. |

Bought the 10000 from Costco in the middle of the power outage caused by Sandy, Was excited to see the generator scheduled to arrive in less than 2 weeks. We had a problem with the shipping company not delivering the generator as scheduled and eventually it was revealed the generator was "lost". Purchased last year after Irene. Unit shipped in perfect condition and relatively easy to set up (be sure to use a bit of force to get axel thru holes for whells). Starts well with NG if you follow directions exactly and use half choke until it starts firing. Only used briefly thru year until Sandy hit. After "Snowtober" last year in NJ I wanted to make sure we never were without backup power again. I bought the unit in August, tested with Propane and Gasoline along with a newly installed whole house transfer switch which all worked fine. We had no power for 5 days. This unit ran without a flaw. We even ran one of the central air units at a time with ALL of the house still powered up. We tested and ran on natural gas and LP but stayed on natural gas for cost. Have not used the gasoline end but this unit ran as needed. This is a good value and product. Thank you, PowerLand |

I purchased the 10,000 watt tri fuel and glad I did. I have only tested it through my transfer switch for my home and it works great. It will run everything but my dryer and ac units. I will say the company is sometimes hard to get but I have had success with their customer service. They have stood by this generator beyond my expectations. They sent me a new carberator and a check to have someone put it on when it was bad. |

Arrived in perfect condition. I upacked the unit installed cart kit and it was ready. I hooked it up to to NG and it runs great. I have it back fed in to a 60 amp sub panel. Have not energized any electrical appliances yet but did run some power tools as a test. Every thing looks good and I am very happy with the purchase and quality of the unit |

Needed this last October when we had a surprise snowstorm. But not over the relatively mild winter. This past week one-third of the state of WV was out of power, and I needed this desperately. We are on a solar system and need a generator to power batteries during certain weather conditions. Although we have not had this generator for any length of time I have been happy with the performance to date. Easy to put together, good instruction manual and it is quieter than most this size.
